I rent right now as I’m not in a position to buy a house. I also don’t feel like the timing is right. I don’t think I know of an area that feels like a good investment in Toledo right now either. It is an uncertain time to say the least. So when I came across this article on Yahoo Real estate I read it and was like, yeah.. that’s why I rent. That smart investment reason. ha.

The average real return for houses over long time periods might surprise you. It’s zero.

Interesting read any ways. Especially if you are thinking about purchasing a house.

How Rich Are You?

It may be surprising as to how rich you are. For me, I know my own financial struggles, and I know people have it off worse than I do. What is interesting is the level of poverty in this world.
